Information Technology Consultant and Methodological Facilitator of Balanced Scorecard, Mapping of Processes by Level of the Value Chain in IDEF0 notation,

business models, as well as different representations and strategic alliances

on an international level.

Over time he has worked as a Consultant in different public and private sector institutions, as well as national, supranational, regional, and international instances.

​

Consultant in international cooperation projects at the SICA General Secretariat (SGSICA) in the PAIRCA I programs at the Central American level and PRESANCA, FAO El Salvador and Honduras delegation, and with USAID in the consulting firm Nathan Associates Inc which is part of the Regional Project of USAID for Trade and Market Alliances of the countries that make up the Northern Triangle.

He currently writes articles and manuals on the application of the Balanced Scorecard methodology as an integrated and interactive system in strategic management applied in different sectors, as well as the mapping of the value chain with IDEF0 articulated in the institutional strategy.
